This script reads form results as csv files and creates FiveStar result pages ready for radar charts. github 
Google forms of Thompson Morrison's design beget csv files uploaded to a nearby Assets folder. File names are copied through to result titles.
Processing steps are reported as files are read. When ready, a page of importers is created with one section for each input file.
